They’ll immediately and discreetly bring you to a safe place and connect you to the support you need without judgement.

You are not alone.

People experiencing domestic violence, coercive control, and abuse need a person who can help—quickly, quietly, and safely.

We train staff in local businesses and organizations to:

  • Recognize the question as a request for help
  • Respond calmly and safely
  • Connect people in need with VST's 24/7 trauma-informed support team

Founded in partnership with Loblaw Companies Limited, with participating locations across Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, No Frills, Fortinos, and more.

The program is currently expanding across the GTA.

Support is free, confidential, and available 24/7, in over 35 languages. You do not need to make a police report to receive help.
